What this means for you

Sales rose and pending contracts climbed, but homes took longer to sell in most ZIPs. The Real Estate Data Aggregator shows months of supply fell in all four ZIPs, which means inventory tightened. That helps sellers who price well from the start.

The sale-to-list ratio across all four ZIPs stayed between 96.9% and 97.8%, per the Real Estate Data Aggregator. Homes did not sell for full price on average. Good prep and a sharp list price still do the work.
